If your furniture arrives damaged or has defects, please contact our customer service team immediately, within one week (7 days) of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Yes, we offer assembly services at no additional charge. All the furniture will be assembled before being delivered to your house. For bed frames or other large furniture, we will assemble and install them in your house.
